Metagenics MetaSleep contains a combination of ingredients that offer broad support for fatigue. The formula includes Valerian and Lemon Balm, plant extracts that are traditionally used and contribute to falling asleep faster*.In addition, the product is fortified with magnesium and vitamins B6 and B12, which support the nervous system and help maintain normal psychological function.
Using it is simple: one tablet per day, preferably before bedtime. The tablets are easy to take and available in packs of 30 or 60, sufficient for one to two months. Furthermore, MetaSleep is entirely plant-based and therefore suitable for vegans.
