Glutathione (GSH) exists in three forms: S-acetyl-glutathione, reduced glutathione, and glutathione disulfide (oxidized form). Glutathione is difficult to absorb. Therefore, the S-acetyl-glutathione form is best used to increase glutathione levels. Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulfur-containing fatty acid that occurs naturally in the human body. Alpha-lipoic acid is a molecule found in the mitochondria of every cell.Our bodies produce small amounts of R-alpha-lipoic acid. In addition, the natural, endogenous R-form of alpha-lipoic acid is found in small amounts in foods, such as liver, spinach, and broccoli.
Selenium helps protect cells from oxidative damage and has a positive effect on the immune system. It also benefits sperm quality and male fertility, is essential for thyroid hormone production, and supports the thyroid gland. It also keeps your hair strong and is good for your nails.
Vitamin B3 (niacin) activates your body's natural energy and promotes energy metabolism, helps release energy from fat, carbohydrates and proteins and plays a role in the activity of certain enzymes involved in energy metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B3 contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nerves and nervous system.
