Valerian root, alcohol, water.Contains 70% vol. alcohol.

Usage of Fytomed Valeriaan Biologisch:
Take 30–40 drops three to four times daily with some liquid.Children under 12 years: 20 drops three times daily.
Preferably take the drops half an hour before or at least one hour after meals.
The drops can be taken undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water, herbal tea, or fruit juice.
Follow the recommended dosage.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as well as a varied and balanced diet, which supplements cannot replace.
Store in a dry place at room temperature and keep out of reach of young children.
