Fytomed Valerian is a 100% organic tincture. Valerian root is perhaps the best-known natural sedative. It is a herbaceous plant from the honeysuckle family, with delicate flowers. Naturally, the plant grows in those parts of Europe and Asia with a temperate climate. The root contains valerianic acid, which has relaxing* and soothing* properties. Ingredients of Fytomed Valeriaan Biologisch:
Valerian root, alcohol, water. Extraction agent of bioalcohol and water without further additives. Contains 70% alcohol by volume.Allergen information: none.
Usage of Fytomed Valeriaan Biologisch:
You take 30-40 drops three to four times a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Children under 12 years: 20 drops 3 times a day.
Preferably take the drops half an hour before or at least an hour after a meal.
The drops can be taken undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water, herbal tea, or fruit juice.
Do not exceed the daily amount.

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
