You take 15 ml per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take in the morning on an empty stomach. A three-month course of treatment is recommended.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Turn the bottle upside down once before use.
Tip:
If you are 50 years or older, start the first week with 45 ml per day and then switch to 15 ml per day.
