Application of FMD Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend Biologisch:
✓The Ultimate Oil Blend can be used in all foods, in cold, warm and hot dishes (remove from the heat first).Do not use the oil for frying, baking or high-temperature cooking.
✓Often used in fruit or vegetable salads, protein drinks, yogurt, applesauce, and juices.
✓Add a little oil to steamed vegetables, rice or pasta, or to fried or mashed potatoes. You can also add it to your soups (after cooking).
✓Mix the oil with extra virgin olive oil in, for example, hummus or taboulé or in a dip sauce with balsamic vinegar.
✓Add the oil to fresh fruit juices along with Udo's Choice Beyond Greens for a nutritious meal replacement.

Linseed oil*, sunflower oil*, sesame oil*, coconut oil* (source of medium chain fatty acids), evening primrose oil* (13 mg GLZ/15 ml), soya lecithin (non-GMO), rice germ oil, oat oil, vitamin E.* from guaranteed organic cultivation.
Use of FMD Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend Biologisch:
