Ingredients per daily dose of 3 cups of tea:Green tea (158.1%), ginger (42%), magnesium lactate (30%) (= 15% of the Recommended Daily Amount), lemongrass (27%), sage (27%), grapefruit juice concentrate (9%), natural grapefruit flavour (6%), cardamom (0.9%).
Use of Lucovitaal Magnesium Groene Thee:
Drink 3 cups of tea daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.Preparation: Let the tea bag steep in 200 ml of boiled water for at least 3 to 5 minutes before drinking the tea.
