Phytonics Multi-Strain contains a carefully formulated combination of seven different bacterial strains, supplemented with FOS and inulin. At production, the formula contains 2.4 billion CFU per gram.The intestines naturally contain billions of microorganisms. Together, they form the gut microbiome. Its composition can constantly change and is influenced by, among other things, diet, lifestyle, and circumstances such as stress and medication use.

You take it twice daily during the first week, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.< 10 kilos 0.5 grams

Reduce the dosage to once daily after the first week.
Preferably dissolve the powder in lukewarm water, let it stand for fifteen minutes, stir, and administer. Ideally on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The measuring scoop in Phytonics Multi-Strain 50 grams contains approximately 0.5 grams.
If it is difficult in practice to administer this product multiple times a day, once a day or once every two days is sufficient. In that case, give the maximum daily dose. Even then, this product can be used effectively, but the response may take slightly longer to appear.
Upon improvement, a maintenance dose can be used. This is usually half of the dosage indicated on the packaging. Monitor the response closely when dosing this product. A higher dose may be necessary initially; this product can be safely administered at double the dose. Gradually reduce the dosage as improvement occurs, to the lowest possible dose.
Some people may experience a short-term worsening or otherwise react severely at the start of treatment. In case of a severe increase, halve the dosage or stop temporarily and then gradually build up again.
In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. If there is improvement, continue administering this product for a few more days. In cases of prolonged discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks.
This product can be given continuously.
