Usage of Bonusan Bacteri 8:
Mix the contents of a sachet with a glass of water, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably drink on an empty stomach before going to sleep, or otherwise half an hour before breakfast.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning :
Gas formation and/or cramps may occur at the start of the use of bacterial strains or prebiotics.
Over time (usually a week), the body adapts and these symptoms decrease or disappear.
In case of symptoms, it may be beneficial to reduce the initial dose to half of the recommended dosage during the first two weeks.
