Usage of Bonusan Bacteri 8:
Mix the contents of one sachet with a glass of lukewarm water no warmer than 37°C (body temperature), stir briefly, and drink. Higher temperatures negatively impact bacterial viability. Drink preferably on an empty stomach before bedtime or half an hour before breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended dose.Warning:
When starting to use bacterial strains or prebiotics, you may experience gas and/or cramps. Over time (usually a week), the body adjusts and these symptoms diminish or disappear. If symptoms occur, it may be helpful to reduce the initial dose to half the recommended dose for the first two weeks.
