Application of Holisan Ashoka Rishta:
In this dietary supplement, the Ayurvedic herb Ashoka takes the form of an Arishta (herbal wine). Arishtas are highly absorbable herbal wines or drinks obtained through fermentation based on sugar or honey. In the preparation of an arishta, the herbal drink is boiled for a certain period of time while other Ayurvedic herbs are added.Holisan's Ayurvedic herbal liqueurs are crafted according to a traditional recipe without added preservatives. They have a delicate flavor thanks to selected herbs and spices.
What is Ashoka?
Ashoka is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as 'without care'. Ashoka (Saraca indica or Saraca asoca) is also the name of an evergreen tree adorned with beautiful orange flowers. These copper-red flowers are a symbol of the feminine for Indian women. Consequently, in Ayurvedic teachings, Ashoka is a traditional herb for women.
Composition of Holisan Ashoka Rishta:
A 'rishta' is an easily absorbed herbal drink based on Ayurvedic cane sugar (Sharkara).Due to a natural fermentation process, the alcohol content is around 10%.
The main ingredients have been used as herbal decoctions.
Ingredients of Holisan Ashoka Rishta:
Water, cane molasses, processed herbs in equal quantities: Saraca indica (Ashoka), Woodfordia floribunda (Dhataki), Nelumbo nucifera (sacred lotus), Adhatoda vasica (Vasaka, Malabar nut), Berberis aristata (Daruharidra), Woodfordia floribunda (Dhataki), Cuminum cyminum (white cumin), Zingiber officinale (Sunthi, ginger), Mangifera indica (mango), Cyperus rotundus (cyper grass), Emblica officinalis (Amla), Nigella sativa (black cumin), Terminalia belerica (Bibhitaki), Terminalia chebula (Haritaki, black mylobalan).Contains 8% alcohol.
Usage of Holisan Ashoka Rishta:
Take 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) twice daily, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional. Take immediately after a meal.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
