Ingredients of Bach Chestnut Bud:
Bach flower remedy (Aesculus hippocastanum) preserved in an alcohol based on grape brandy.(alcohol 27%).

Usage of Bach Chestnut Bud:
Add 2 drops to a glass of still mineral water or a 30 ml mixing bottle or pipette. Take a sip regularly, or place 4 drops on your tongue at least 4 times a day. When administering drops, make sure they're the first thing you do in the morning upon waking and before bed for optimal results.It's possible that more than one Bach Flower remedy will be appropriate for your situation. However, mix a maximum of 7 remedies at a time in a mixing bottle. (Dr. Bach discovered that this is the maximum for the remedies to work properly. In his research, he even tried mixing all 38 remedies but found that this yielded no results at all.)
