Bach flower remedy (Calluna vulgaris) preserved in an alcohol based on grape brandy.(alcohol 27%).
This product is gluten free!
Usage of Bach Heather:
Add 2 drops to a glass of still mineral water or a 30 ml mixing bottle or pipette. Take a sip regularly, or place 4 drops on your tongue at least 4 times a day. When administering drops, make sure they're the first thing you do in the morning upon waking and before bed for optimal results.It's possible that more than one Bach Flower remedy will be appropriate for your situation. However, mix a maximum of 7 remedies at a time in a mixing bottle. (Dr. Bach discovered that this is the maximum for the remedies to work properly. In his research, he even tried mixing all 38 remedies but found that this yielded no results at all.)
