What is this medicine used for
Paracetamol HTP caplet 500 mg is used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever.
Ingredients of Healthypharm Paracetamol Caplet 500 mg:
Active ingredients: paracetamol 500 mgExcipients: polyvidone (E1201), maize starch, stearic acid (E570) and sodium starch glycolate
Use of Healthypharm Paracetamol Caplet 500 mg:
DosageAdults and children aged 15 years and over (> 55 kg body weight):
1-2 tablets of 500 mg at a time, maximum 6 tablets of 500 mg per day
Use in children:
6 - 9 years: ½ tablet of 500 mg at a time, maximum 4-6 times a day
9 -12 years: 1 tablet of 500 mg at a time, maximum 3-4 times a day
12-15 years: 1 tablet of 500 mg at a time, maximum 4-6 times a day
The least number of administrations per day is intended for the youngest children in a given group.
