BioVitaal Vitamin E Mixed Tocopherols & Tocotrienols 200 IU is a combination of natural d-alpha-tocopherol, mixed tocopherols (beta, gamma, and delta) and mixed tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma and delta). Just like tocopherols, tocotrienols are forms of Vitamin E.The natural Vitamin E oil in this product is incorporated into a base of sunflower oil and starch. The natural oils are absorbed into the micropores of the starch. This powder form contains a finely divided and stable form of Vitamin E.

You take 1 vegetarian capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
