VeraSupplements Super Multi Vitamin for Adults is a broadly composed and modern multivitamin.Contains both regular vitamins and their coenzyme forms, biologically bound minerals and nutrients that contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative damage (namely vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium).
No herbs or organ extracts have been added to this multivitamin. Because iron can become toxic in high doses, this multivitamin has a relatively low iron content. This improved formula now contains vitamin B6 and folic acid only in the coenzyme forms P-5-P and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate.
Suitable for both men and women. This formula is also suitable for pregnant women.
