Sorbitol (E420), gum base (contains butylhydroxytoluene (E321)), calcium carbonate, anhydrous sodium carbonate, sodium carbonate, polacrilin, glycerol, (E422), purified water, levomenthol, natural mint flavour, mint, millicaps, sucralose, acesulfame K, xylitol (E967), mannitol (E421), gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171), carnauba wax and talc.Usage of Nicotinell Kauwgom Cool Mint 2 mg:
Most people chew 8-12 pieces of gum per day. Don't use more than 1 piece of gum at a time and no more than 25 pieces per day.1. Chew slowly until the nicotine taste becomes strong.
2. Rest the gum between your cheek and gum.
3. Start chewing the gum again when the taste disappears.
4. Repeat this chewing process for 30 minutes for a gradual release of nicotine.
