Hair, Skin & Nail contains a carefully selected blend of Vitamin B8 (Biotin), Vitamin B3 (niacin), Copper, Zinc, and Iodine.Biotin, for example, helps keep the skin healthy but is also good for your hair. Niacin supports the skin's regenerative capacity and nourishes the skin from within. Additionally, copper contributes to normal skin pigmentation and the normal pigmentation of your hair. Zinc and iodine nourish the skin from within. Zinc also keeps your hair strong and is good for your nails. The choline present supports the cleansing function of the liver. You can combine this product well with Fish EPA Original or Fish EPA Max.
