Our Organic Reishi Powder contains 100% organically grown Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body extract in a 1:1 ratio. This legendary mushroom, also known as the “mushroom of immortality” or “Lingzhi”, is cultivated under strictly controlled organic conditions on an EU-certified farm.Reishi is a mushroom that grows naturally on the stumps and roots of deciduous trees in subtropical and tropical regions of Asia. The mushroom has a characteristic glossy, lacquer-like skin with a deep red to brown color and a kidney-like shape. In Chinese, Reishi is known as “Lingzhi,” which literally means “spirit mushroom” or “divine mushroom.” In traditional Chinese culture, Reishi is depicted in art as a symbol of happiness, well-being, and longevity.
Our Reishi powder is a fruiting body extract, which means that only the flesh (fruiting body) of the mushroom is used – not the mycelium on the grain. This guarantees a higher concentration of active substances such as beta-glucans and polysaccharides. The 1:1 extract ratio means that 1 kg of finished product is made from 1 kg of fresh Reishi fruiting bodies, without the addition of fillers.
Our extract contains a minimum of 45% Beta-glucans and 3% Polysaccharides, tested according to international standards. With 45% beta-glucans, our Reishi extract has the highest concentration of all mushroom extracts we offer. This makes it an exceptionally high-quality product with a guaranteed concentration of bioactive components.

Usage of Kala Health Reishi Poeder Biologisch:
Adults 1-2 grams (approximately 1 level teaspoon) per day, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.Mix the powder with warm water, tea, smoothies, juices, or other drinks. Stir well until the powder is dissolved.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
