Coconut oil is a natural product made from the flesh of the coconut. The flesh is first dried, and then the oil is pressed. Our extra virgin coconut oil is cold-pressed, unrefined, and obtained from the first pressing of the coconut. Coconut oil consists of over 40% lauric acid, a medium-chain fatty acid.Extra virgin coconut oil is suitable for baking, roasting, and frying. It is also suitable for external use. Coconut oil contains no trans fatty acids. Some sediment is normal.
