Each 2 tablets contains:L-Lysine 1000 mg
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 60 mg
Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 15 mg

L-lysine HCl, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), zinc gluconate, ascorbic acid, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).Usage of Bloem L-Lysine Extra:
You take 2 tablets twice daily, unless otherwise advised by a health professional.Preferably take with meals with sufficient water.
As a maintenance dosage: take 1 tablet 2 times daily with sufficient water with meals.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
