Mattisson Mood Support consists of saffron, 5-HTP, L-theanine, and magnesium taurate. The product works on the two most important calming and mood-related neurotransmitters, GABA and serotonin.Composition of Mattisson Mood Support:
Each 2 capsules contains:Magnesium taurate 500 mg
- of which elemental magnesium 75 mg
L-theanine 100 mg
- of which caffeine 2 mg
- of which EGCG 5 mg

Magnesium taurate, Sunphenon® TH30 (natural L-theanine extracted from green tea (Camellia sinensis)), HPMC vegetarian capsule (shell), affron®: Saffron (Crocus Sativus L. stigma extract (Std. to 3.5% Lepticrosalides® by HPLC) (carrier: maltodextrin)).Usage of Mattisson Mood Support:
Take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take during or around a meal with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Contains caffeine. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy (or when trying to conceive), or breastfeeding.
