Essential fatty acids
Omega 3, 6 & 9 Balance by Bloem contains a rich source of pure fish oil, organic flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil. Together they provide a potent and healthy mix of the vital fatty acids Omega 3, 6 and 9. These good fatty acids contribute greatly to maintaining health.
Omega 3
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, is good for maintaining normal blood pressure, for maintaining healthy triglyceride levels in the blood. DHA is important for the brain and to maintain sharp vision.
Omega 6
Evening Primrose oil and Flaxseed oil are important sources of the Omega 6 fatty acids Linoleic acid and Gamma-linolenic acid. These vital fatty acids help lower cholesterol levels and maintain normal blood pressure. Moreover, they strengthen the body's immune system.
Omega 9

Evening primrose oil (Oenothera Biennis) 300 mg
- LA (linoleic acid, at least 70%) 210 mg

Vitamin E 12 mg
* This quality fish oil is naturally bound to glycerol (triglycerides) and therefore has the highest bioavailability. For a good effect, natural fish oil in the form of triglycerides is therefore preferred.
