Sweeteners (xylitol, mannitol); magnesium citrate, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) extract 9.5%; L-tryptophan; lettuce (Lactuca sativa) extract; natural orange flavouring and other natural flavourings; firming agent (gum arabic); glazing agent (magnesium stearate); acid (citric acid); sweetener (steviol glycosides from Stevia).This product does not contain lactose.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of A.Vogel Nachtrust Sticks:
Children over 12 years and adults: take 1 stick of powder half an hour to an hour before going to bed.Drinking water is not necessary, you pour the contents of the stick onto your tongue and let the powder melt slowly.
We recommend emptying the stick in two doses. Or mix the contents of the stick with yogurt, cottage cheese, or tea.
