Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a tall plant with purple or green leaves and red fruits. It is one of the most widely used herbs in the teachings of Ayurveda and has been used as an Ayurvedic herb for thousands of years. Ashwagandha is also known as 'Indian Ginseng' or 'winter cherry'. Due to its versatile applications, Ashwagandha is even called a royal herb. Ashwagandha grows in India, but also in other areas of Asia, Africa, and the Mediterranean.

Water, cane sugar molasses, processed herbs in equal quantities: Grapevine (Vitis vinifera), Woodfordia floribunda, Indian ginseng (Withania somnifera), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Black myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), Terminalia arjuna, Operculina turpethum, Plumbago zeylanica, Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Black pepper (Piper nigrum), Long pepper (Piper longum), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Vacha (Acorus calamus), Cinnamomum tamala.Contains approx. 8% alcohol.
Usage of Holisan Ashwagandha Rishta:
Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) twice daily, mixed with the same amount of water.Use immediately after the meal.
