Calcium supports the development and maintenance of strong bones. It contains the bone-building vitamin D3 for healthy bone formation. Manganese has also been added to this formula to maintain strong bones.Calcium:
The mineral calcium helps build and maintain strong bones. It also contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure. Calcium from oyster shells is called oyster lime.
Vitamin D3:
Vitamin D3, or cholcalciferol, is a vitamin produced in the human body under the influence of sunlight. Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption in bones and supports healthy bone formation.
Vitamin K:
Vitamin K supports bone formation and has the property of retaining calcium in the bones. It thus contributes to maintaining good bone health.
