Application of Lamberts Multi-Max:
Vitamins and minerals are essential; although these substances occur naturally in various foods, malnutrition is not always avoided. Even in a well-thought-out diet, the vitamin and mineral content can fall short or be destroyed due to improper preparation.Mult-Max is formulated to provide a comprehensive supply of minerals and vitamins, with added Grape Seed. The preparation is particularly suitable for older people, given the broad spectrum of ingredients, the relatively high dosage of antioxidants, and the convenience of the once-daily dosage.
Although Multi MX is a valuable supplement in itself, it can be excellently combined with, for example Osteoguard or other magnesium or calcium supplements. In the older age group, special attention should be paid to vitamin D and the trace elements zinc, iron, and selenium.

Usage of Lamberts Multi-Max:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take during a meal with sufficient water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
The product contains iron.
This can be harmful to very young children if used excessively.
Darkening of the urine is normal.
