Eskimo® Extra is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which contribute positively to the normal functioning of the heart 1. 1 capsule per day contains sufficient EPA and DHA (at least 250 mg) to support heart function. EPA and DHA are well-known fish fatty acids, also known as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).2 capsules per day provide sufficient DHA (at least 250 mg) to support brain function and vision. Omega-3 is an ideal supplement during pregnancy.
The fish oil is natural, non-chemically modified, and certified under the "Friend of the Sea" eco-label. This means that the fish is sustainably caught or farmed.
