Application of Lamberts Pure OracOmega:
Omega-3 fatty acids play a unique role in supporting the heart and blood vessels. The fatty acids in the Omega-3 family are alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Most health effects are known for EPA and DHA.EPA is also important for maintaining healthy cells, for flexible joints, and for supporting the immune system. DHA plays an important role in the development and functioning of the brain and nervous system.
EPA and DHA are found almost exclusively in fatty fish and are therefore also known as fish fatty acids. ALA, which can be found in vegetable oil, can be converted into EPA and DHA to a limited extent.
Composition of Lamberts Pure OracOmega:
Each 2 capsules (= daily dose) contain:Fish oil concentrate 1200 mg
contains Omega 3 fatty acids 760 mg

-saturated 101 mg
-monounsaturated 171 mg
-polyunsaturated 886 mg

-Eicosapentaeenzuur (EPA) 390 mg
-Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 260 mg
ORAC* mixture 200 mg

Provides 2,500 ORAC units of super-antioxidants

Usage of Lamberts Pure OracOmega:
You take 2 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
Contains Green tea: Maximum dose ECGC is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
People who use blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants) or salicylates should consult their doctor before using Pure OracOmega.
