Lamberts FEMA 45+ is a dietary supplement with a comprehensive combination of vitamins, minerals, and additional nutrients. The formula contains, among others, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamins C and E, Zinc, Iron, Selenium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K1, and various B vitamins. Additionally, it contains Quercetin, Rutin, Choline, Inositol, PABA, and Boron.✓Calcium helps reduce bone mineral loss in menopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for bone fractures due to osteoporosis.
