Usage of Altisa Psyllium Cleanse & Light + Microbiotic Mix:
Altisa Psyllium Cleanse & Light + Microbiotic Mix is a combination of high-quality psyllium seed and a high-quality microbiotic mix. Both have a highly effective action.This is a natural fiber supplement for daily use for healthy digestion and bowel transit. As a source of psyllium (Plantago ovata), this dietary supplement has a beneficial effect on healthy digestion, bowel transit, and blood cholesterol levels.
✓Upon mixing with liquid, a gelatinous mucous mass forms (which hydrates the stool and keeps it soft) and an internal protective layer (which promotes lubricity and peristalsis).
✓Psyllium is recommended for maintaining regular bowel movements and in situations where gentle peristaltic movement and soft stools are recommended.
✓The non-irritating and naturally soft-stool-promoting properties of Psyllium can be explained by the swelling and absorption capacity of the husks of the ispaghul seeds, which contain important mucilage.
✓Psyllium has a greater swelling capacity than Plantago indica L. (Plantago psyllium L.).
✓The total fiber content of our ispaghul seed husk is 880 grams/kg, of which 68.5% is soluble and 11.5% insoluble fiber.

Each tablespoon (6.7 grams) contains:Plantago ovata Forssk., testa, (Plantago ispaghula Roxb. ex Fleming) seed husks of Indian psyllium (>95% fiber) 6596 mg
Microbiotic mix (> 482 million CFU**) 160 mg
consisting of:
- Bifidobacterium animalis lactis (LMG18314)
- Bifidobacterium breve (LMG 13208)
- Lactobacillus plantarum (LMG 26655)
- Lactobacillus casei (LMG 6904)
** = Colony Forming Units.

Plantago ovata Forssk.; in minimal quantities as constituent parts of the microbiotic mix: bulking agent: maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, thickener: silicon dioxide; microbiotics (Bifidobacterium animalis lactis (LMG 18314), Bifidobacterium breve (LMG 13208), Lactobacillus plantarum (LMG 26655), Lactobacillus casei (LMG 6904)).Allergen information:
Contains an infinitesimal dose of corn maltodextrin (microbiotic mix).
This product is free from: Artificial colors, preservatives and flavorings, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, milk (derivatives), talc, gluten, lactose, crustaceans, eggs, fish, soy, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulfites, lupine and molluscs.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Composition of Altisa Psyllium Cleanse & Light + Microbiotic Mix:
Mix 1 tablespoon with at least 300 ml of water or juice and take immediately.Preferably drink at least 2 liters of water per day when using psyllium fiber (flea seed).
If necessary, you can increase the dosage to 2 tablespoons per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not take simultaneously with medicines.
