Application of Bonusan Prim-Omega-3 capsules:

Because of an advanced purification process, the fish oil in our Omega-3 capsules is exceptionally pure. To prevent oxidation of the fatty acids, vitamin E in the form of natural mixed tocopherols is used. Daily use is important for a lasting result.

Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day, during or immediately after a meal. Preferably spread your intake evenly throughout the day. This corresponds with an amount of app. 600-900 mg EPA + DHA per day. The dose can be increased to 5 to 10 gram of both fatty acids if necessary. It generally takes 1 to 4 months before the effects of omega-3 fatty acids are noticeable.
