Calcium carbonate, sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol, anti-caking agent: polyvinyl pyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, flavour enhancer: peppermint powder, firming agent: silicon dioxide, menaquinone (vitamin K2), phytomenadione (vitamin K1), and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).Usage of Pharma Nord Bio-Calcium+D3+K1+K2:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.2 tablets per day for children up to and including 6 years of age, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and adults over 60 years of age.
Preferably take just before going to sleep. The tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
