Norit is used to supplement dietary measures for traveler's diarrhea. The active ingredient, activated charcoal, can bind (adsorb) harmful or unwanted substances present in the gastrointestinal tract due to its large internal surface area. As a result, the cause of the diarrhea is naturally eliminated from the body (via the stool).What is this medicine used for:

Each tablet contains:Activated charcoal 125 mg
Ingredients of Norit Norit 125 mg:
Activated charcoal, sucrose, lactose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium stearate.Usage of Norit Norit 125 mg:
For diarrhea, take 6-9 tablets at a time, up to a maximum of 27 tablets per day. The tablets should be taken with water, preferably evenly distributed throughout the day.For children use:
up to 15 kg: 1-2 tablets with a maximum of 5 per day.
up to 30 kg: 2-3 tablets with a maximum of 8 per day.
Up to 40 kg: 3-4 tablets with a maximum of 13 per day.
Over 40 kilos: observe the above instructions for use for adults.
Warning: Do not use in case of:
Severe obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract or suspicion thereof.
Sudden abdominal pain.
Inflammation of the large intestine accompanied by ulcer formation. Please read information leaflet before use
