Usage of Bonusan Vitamine C Ascorbatenpoeder:

Dissolve 2 measuring spoons 1 to 4 times a day in water or fruit juice. A level measuring spoon is app. 1 gram. It is important to spread the intake of vitamin-C evenly throughout the day to achieve a balanced absorption. If more vitamin C is taken than is required, the excess vitamin C remains in the large intestine and is therefore not absorbed. Vitamin C attracts water here and might cause (osmotic) diarrhoea ('bowel tolerance'). This phenomenon disappears when the dose is lowered.
