Vitamin B-50 complex contains the complete spectrum of B vitamins in extra high doses. In addition, it contains important supporting substances, including inositol, PABA, and choline.✓All B vitamins in significant amounts

The B vitamins work together and are interdependent for their individual tasks. For example, the combination of B1, B3, B8, B11, and B12 is beneficial for good mental balance. Additionally, it is good for mood, concentration, memory, and learning ability. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to good immunity and support energy levels. They offer relief from fatigue and contribute to the maintenance of a normal nervous system. Finally, biotin (B8) supports the condition of the skin, hair, and mucous membranes.
The recommended daily amounts of the individual B vitamins are not very high. Stress and the consumption of coffee and alcohol increase the need for B vitamins. Vitamins, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), capsule shell (cellulose (HPMC)), choline, inositol, PABA, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), D-biotin.Usage of Bonusan Vitamine B-50 Complex:
Take 1 capsule daily during or immediately after a meal. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened. B vitamins have an unpleasant and strong odor. They can cause nausea if taken on an empty stomach. This is (largely) remedied by taking the B vitamins with a meal. Additionally, urine may turn clear to dark yellow after using Vitamin B-50 Complex. This is a harmless phenomenon and is the result of the excretion of any excess riboflavin.Warnings:
