Prim-Omega contains an ideal ratio of essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. The body cannot produce essential fatty acids itself and must therefore obtain them from the diet.
Essential fatty acids are of great importance for physical and mental health. Moreover, replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood.
For better absorption and effectiveness, Prim-Omega contains fish fatty acids in the natural triglyceride form. Furthermore, this product contains natural vitamin E to prevent oxidation in the capsules. The fish oil is, of course, thoroughly purified. No endangered fish species are used for this product.

Evening primrose oil, fish oil, capsule shell (fish gelatin, glycerol, water), borage oil, natural vitamin E.This product is free from: Preservatives, GMOs, yeast, gluten, lactose, corn, soy, synthetic colors, flavors, and fragrances, added sucrose.
Usage of Bonusan PrimOmega-3 MSC Complex:
Take 2 softgels twice daily during or immediately after a meal. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
