Usage of Bonusan MSM 1000 mg:

Take 1 to 3 tablets daily during or immediately after a meal. The dose can temporarily be increased to 4 or more tablets per day, after that a maintenance dose of 1 to 3 tablets per day is sufficient. It is recommended to slowly build up high doses. The effect of MSM is sometimes only noticeable after a few weeks. When one starts using MSM, gastrointestinal complaints (such as stomach cramps, mild diarrhoea) can occur. These complaints are generally resolved by spreading the intake of MSM evenly throughout the day or by decreasing the dose and slowly increasing it again. This advice also holds when typical symptoms of a poor liver detoxification occur.
