As a nutritional supplement or maintenance dose:Take 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals with sufficient water.
As a daily dose:
Day 1: 2 tablets 3 times a day before meals,
Day 2: 3 tablets 3 times a day,
Day 3: 4 tablets 3 times a day,
Day 4: 6 tablets 3 times a day.
Use this dose for as long as you need it. Then reduce the dose per day to a daily use of 2 tablets 3 times a day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
