AdaptoDyn, contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism through vitamins B5, B6 and C and contributes to the adaptogenic activity (Siberian ginseng).Concept with respect for chronobiological rhythms:
1 capsule "Sol" in the morning and 1 capsule "Luna" in the evening.

Composition of Metagenics AdaptoDyn:
Each capsule of Sol contains:Magnesium (glycerophosphate)
L-tyrosine 200 mg
Zinc (gluconate) 10 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg
Rutin 20 mg
Hesperidine 20 mg
Quercetin 20 mg
Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) 18 mg
Vitamine B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 6 mg
Each Luna capsule contains:
Magnesium (glycerophosphate)
Wild yam (Dioscorea villosa) 200 mg
Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer 100 mg
Siberische ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 37,5 mg
Ingredients of Metagenics AdaptoDyn:
AdaptoDyn Sol:Magnesium glycerophosphate, L-tyrosine, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, zinc gluconate, ascorbic acid, rutin, hesperidin, quercetin, calcium pantothenate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine HCl.
AdaptoDyn Luna:
Magnesium glycerophosphate, wild yam extract (Dioscorea villosa L.), capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ginseng root and leaf extract (Panax ginseng CA Mey.), carrier: dicalcium phosphate, Siberian ginseng extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.)), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Metagenics AdaptoDyn:
You take 1 capsule of Sol in the morning and 1 capsule of Luna in the evening.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
