Bulkers (dicalcium phosphate & cellulose), sage leaf extract (Salvia officinalis), ginkgo biloba leaf extract (Japanese temple tree), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), tablet coating (glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate & hydroxypropyl cellulose, colorants: spirulina, apple, safflower & lemon), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid & magnesium salts of fatty acids), humectant (crosslinked cellulose gum), rosemary leaf extract (Rosmarinus officinalis), pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), thiamine mononitrate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), iodine (potassium iodide).This product is free from: Wheat, gluten, barley, soy, eggs, milk and dairy products, lactose, nuts, sulfites, celery, fish, shellfish, and yeast.

Usage of Lamberts Refreshall:
You take 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
