The product contains Alchemilla vulgaris and Populus tremuloides. These help maintain healthy cartilage, thus contributing to the maintenance of supple joints.A joint is formed by two bones, the ends of which are covered with cartilage, a resilient tissue that can withstand pressure. These ends are coated with a thin layer of lubricant, which keeps them separated and minimizes friction. Cartilage and lubricant absorb shock and contribute to smooth movement. The lubricant also removes waste products formed in the joint.

Plant extracts: ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata), aspen (Populus tremuloides), lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) 1.3%; glucosamine hydrochloride 58%; bulking agent (cellulose, calcium phosphates); firming agent (gum arabic, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, silicon dioxide); glazing agent (fatty acids, magnesium stearate)Usage of A.Vogel Glucosamine & Alchemilla:
Recommended daily dosage:Take 1 tablet 3 times a day with some water.
