Usage of Bonusan Bacteri 8 Senior:
Take 1 capsule per day, unless otherwise advised by your health professional.Preferably take on an empty stomach before going to bed or half an hour before breakfast.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warning:
When starting to use bacterial strains or fibers, you may experience gas and/or cramps. This harmless phenomenon means the bacteria have reached the intestines alive and are starting to ferment. Over time (usually a week), the body adapts, and these symptoms diminish or disappear. If symptoms persist, it may be helpful to reduce the initial dose to half the recommended dose for the first two weeks.
