B FIRM Formulas® Capsules contain natural ingredients including a hop extract (standardized to the active ingredient 8-prenylnaringenin; 8-PN), soy extract with a high content of isoflavones and added Vitamin C.The B FIRM Formulas® Capsules have been scientifically tested. This research shows that the capsules:

First week: 2 capsules per day. Subsequent weeks: 4 capsules per day. Take spread over the day with a glass of water, preferably after a meal. The effect only occurs if the prescribed number of capsules is taken.Maintenance dosage; If you stop the treatment, the breasts may decrease in firmness again. To maintain the result, we recommend continuing the treatment with 1-2 capsules per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
