Natural rapeseed oil (Brassica rapa), natural fish oil (triglyceride form), antioxidant blend (emulsifier: soy lecithin, antioxidant: vitamin E (tocopherol-rich extract), carrier food: sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus L.), antioxidants: rosemary extract and ascorbyl palmitate), flavourings: orange, lemon, cherry and raspberry, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).Usage of Metagenics Eskimo 3-6-9:
You take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take before or during a meal, together with other fats.
