Q10 (also called coenzyme Q10) is a substance produced by the body and found in all cells (in the mitochondria). This fat-soluble compound is also called ubiquinone, which loosely translates to "ubiquitous." The body is supplied with Q10 through both its own production and dietary intake. Under certain circumstances, the body's own synthesis of Q10 may be insufficient to meet existing needs, and dietary intake becomes more important. Therefore, Q10 is considered a (semi-)essential nutrient. After oral intake, Q10 is largely converted into ubiquinol.In addition to a high dose of Q10, the product also contains natural vitamin E in the form of d-alpha tocopherol. Vitamin E is an important (fat-soluble) antioxidant in the body. It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage, thus helping to maintain healthy cells and tissues.
The Q10 in this Vitals product consists exclusively of natural and high-quality Q10 from the manufacturer Kaneka.
Please note: This product has been re-formulated. Instead of beeswax, it now contains sunflower lecithin. It also contains caramel coloring instead of iron oxide. The softgels are therefore slightly different in color.

Each softgel (= daily dosage) contains:Co-enzyme Q10 (Ubiquinon, Kaneka Q10®) 100 mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol 30IE) 20 mg

MCT oil, bovine gelatin (softgel capsule), Q10, humectants (glycerol, sorbitol), stabilizers (beeswax, sunflower lecithin), d-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E), purified water, color (caramel).This product is free from: Gluten, lactose, preservatives and synthetic fragrances and flavors.
Usage of Vitals Q10 100 mg:
Take 1 softgel per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
