Each tablet contains:Lentils (Lens esculenta: actiVbase) 130 mg
Calcium (citrate) 50 mg
Pea mixture (Pisum sativum: actiVbase) 30 mg
Magnesium (citrate / gluconate / glycinate) 25 mg
Potassium (gluconate/chloride) 24.8 mg

Pisum sativum & Lens esculenta (actiVbase®: organic plant culture enriched with chromium, molybdenum and selenium, naturally occurring polyphenols, SOD and catalase), chromium (actiVmins®), selenium (actiVmins®), molybdenum (actiVmins®), calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium glycinate, potassium chloride, potassium gluconate, iron(II) gluconate, zinc gluconate, zinc citrate, copper gluconate, manganese gluconate, sodium borate, potassium iodide, binder: stearic acid, disintegrant: modified cellulose gum, betaine HCl, coating: shellacFree from: gluten, yeast, lactose, soy, sugar, preservatives, synthetic fragrances, colors, and flavors.
Use of Biotics Multi-Mins:
You take one tablet four times a day with meals, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
