Each tablet contains:Calcium (citrate) 100 mg
Pea mixture (Pisum sativum: actiVbase) 40 mg
Magnesium (citrate) 20 mg
Parathyroid concentrate (Cattle / Bos taurus: actiVcell) 1 mg

You take 1 tablet 3 times a day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
