Bromhexine HCl is a mucolytic and is used for a persistent cough. Bromhexine makes itCoughing up easier when this is hampered by thick mucus. With fruit flavor.
Composition of Teva Broomhexine HCI 4 mg / 5 ml:
Each 5 ml contains:Bromhexine hydrochloride 4 mg
Ingredients of Teva Broomhexine HCI 4 mg / 5 ml:
Bromhexine hydrochloride, sorbitol (E420), benzoic acid (E210), tartaric acid (E334), banana essence (containsincluding ethanol), cherry essence (contains, among other things, ethanol), raspberry essence (contains, among other things, propylene glycol
(E 1520)), sodium saccharinate (E954), ethylhydroxycellulose (E1525), purified water.
Use of Teva Broomhexine HCI 4 mg / 5 ml:
Adults and children over 10 years: 3 times a day (=24 hours) 5-20 mlChildren aged 5-10 years 5-10 ml 3 times a day
Children 2-5 years 2-4 ml 3 times a day
Warning:
Must not be used on children under 2 years of age.
Do not use during pregnancy (or if trying to conceive) or breastfeeding.
