l-tryptophan, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica), bulking agent (cellulose), l-lysine HCl, valerian (Valeriana officinalis), bulking agent (dicalcium phosphate), stabilizer (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, stearic acid, talc), bulking agent (silicon dioxide), nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, glazing agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, beeswax, carnauba wax), pyridoxine HCl, colorant (titanium dioxide), melatonin, humectant (polysorbate 80).Use of Shiepz Slaapkwaliteit:
Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.Preferably take with plenty of water.
