Although the name suggests otherwise, botanically speaking it is not true ginseng; true ginseng species (such as Korean ginseng) contain ginsenosides, whereas Siberian ginseng contains active compounds called eleutherosides.Siberian ginseng:

Bulkers (dicalcium phosphate & cellulose), Siberian ginseng root extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus), anti-caking agents: (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids & stearic acid), tablet coating (glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and calcium carbonate, colourings: spirulina, apple, safflower & lemon), humectant (crosslinked cellulose gum).Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Usage of Lamberts Siberische Ginseng 1500mg:
You take 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional.Preferably take with a meal and plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
