Davitamon Multi Vrouw 50+ is a complete multivitamin specifically tailored to the needs of women aged 50 and older. Due to changes in your body and changes in your eating and lifestyle patterns, your daily need for vitamins and minerals may differ after the age of 50. As a woman, you need more vitamin D from the age of 50. With just 1 tablet a day, you get the appropriate supplement to your diet every day.The Health Council's recommendation for women aged 50 and over is to supplement their daily diet with a vitamin D supplement of 10 micrograms. Davitamon Multi Vrouw 50+ is tailored to this recommendation and therefore contains 10 micrograms of vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol.
